Texas Tech University School of Law seeks applications from exceptional individuals to fill two tenured or tenure-track positions for the 2013-2014 academic year. Based upon our curricular needs, it is anticipated that one hire will primarily teach corporate/business courses, including Business Entities and electives such as Security Regulations, Mergers & Acquisitions, and related courses. The other hire will teach first-year Property; we are flexible with regard to the other courses, but have needs including Environmental Law, Alternative Energy Law, Agriculture Law, Intellectual Property, and Immigration Law. Once hired, faculty members are evaluated and advancement is determined by contributions in teaching, research, and service.
