J. Corey Harris is an associate in the Corporate Department at Proskauer Rose LLP. He has a general corporate practice with an emphasis on private equity fund formations, private venture capital investment transactions, and junior capital transactions.

J. Corey received his J.D. from Boston College Law School and M.B.A. from Boston College Carroll School of Management, both in 2008. He received a B.A., summa cum laude, in Political Science with a minor in Spanish from Hampton University in 2004.

Corey is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth and actively seeks to connect entrepreneurs with investors. He is actively involved in the Boston College Alumni Association and mentoring in Boston College’s Carroll School of Management and Boston College Law School. His pro bono work includes, assisting entrepreneurs negotiate and structure operating agreements for their growing businesses.
