QUINNIPIAC UNIVERSITY SCHOOL OF LAW anticipates hiring one or more tenure-track faculty members, at entry level or above, to start in the fall 2014 semester. Candidates should have excellent academic credentials and a record of significant scholarship or demonstrated potential for scholarly achievement. The principal curricular focus will be health law, broadly construed to include public health and environmental law, international and global perspectives on health law, access to and distribution of public health care benefits, and health-care-related administrative, business, and corporate law, as well as clinical law with a health law emphasis. Candidates should be interested in interdisciplinary collaborations with faculty and students at the University’s new Frank H. Netter MD School of Medicine and other health-care-related programs.
