Editorial Policy
Noticias, the official publication of the Hispanic National Bar Association is a forum for the exchange of information, opinions and ideas. All submissions should be written in article form and submitted either on disk or by e-mail no later than 30 days prior to scheduled publication date. Submission does not guarantee publication. Submitted articles may not be returned, and become the property of HNBA, with all rights reserved to the HNBA. Photographs, which may be submitted either in digital format or as photographic prints may be returned upon request. The HNBA reserves the right to edit and publish materials submitted for publication.

The rates and requirements for advertising in Noticias are listed below. Discounts are available for multi-issue ad purchases. The HNBA reserves the right to refuse or omit any advertisements it deems inappropriate for the publication. Front inside cover and page 3 – full page only $3,000.00
Back inside cover – half-page, black & white or color – $2,500.00
All other pages:
Half page – $1,500.00 ($1,400.00 2x) ($1,300.00 3x) ($1,200.00 4x) – black & white or color
Full page – $3,000 – black & white or color (2,800.00 2x) ($2,600.00 3x) ($2,400.00)
