Career Fair Employer Registration Instructions

(Note: If you have not already submitted a registration form for the Career Fair, please click here to do so before following the instructions below.)

Please follow this two-step process to finalize registration for the HNBA Career Fair.

  1. Log in to the HNBA Symplicity system at and complete the requested information.
  2. Click on “Request HNBA Career Fair Schedule” under the Shortcuts on the main menu. Complete the schedule request form, specifying class years, application materials, and time-spans for your interview, and submit your request.  Once this has been approved by an HNBA Career Fair administrator, you will receive a confirmation email and invoice for your participation.

Registration must be received by June 30, 2010.

On August 16, 2010, we will send you application materials for student who have applied to your office.  You will then have through the end of the day on August 20, 2010 to make your pre-select decisions.  We will send further instructions at that time for making your selections in Symplicity.
