Michelle A. Hernandez

Practice:
Ms. Hernandez is a shareholder and practices in the firm’s litigation department and her practice is concentrated in the areas of nursing home litigation and insurance defense.

Prior to joining Modrall, Sperling, Roehl, Harris & Sisk, P.A., Ms. Hernandez served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Joseph F. Baca, Senior Justice for the New Mexico Supreme Court.
