Legal Counsel

A prominent corporation is searching for a Legal Counsel. Candidates should have at least 4 years of commercial, business, or transactional experience, including mergers and acquisitions. Must be able to speak and write Spanish, Portuguese is a plus. Large international law firm experience is desired. This position will be supporting a Senior Counsel. Travel will be required.
