In-House Counsel – Global Asset Management Company (New York, NY)

Global asset management company with offices in 32 countries including New York where this position is based is seeking to hire an attorney with 3-6 years of investment management experience (private fund and/or registered fund) who will serve as Counsel with particular emphasis on overseeing and providing legal support to the Company’s Latin American operations. The hired attorney will have solid investment management experience. Spanish or Portuguese language skills are a definite plus. The Company’s clients include major corporations, pubic and private pension funds, financial institutions, endowments, etc. and has approximately $284 billion under management.
