Heber Gonzalez has direct experience in construction management of multi-million dollar projects. Additionally, Heber has represented design professionals, general contractors, subcontractors, construction managers, suppliers, and owners in a variety of construction litigation matters, including contract disputes, lien claims, bond claims, negligence actions, and disputes related DBE/MBE certification.
Heber is on the board of the Greater Kansas City Hispanic Bar Association.
Heber is a member of the Sigma Lambda Chi Construction Science and Management Honor Society.
Heber is licensed to practice before the Missouri State and Western District Courts, as well as the Kansas state and federal courts. Heber obtained his undergraduate degree in Construction Science and Management from Kansas State University. He received his law degree from University of Kansas School of Law.
