Washington, D.C. – The Hispanic National Bar Association (HNBA) commends the United States Department of Justice for its decision to file a preliminary injunction against the State of Alabama’s H.B. 56.
Washington, D.C. – The Hispanic National Bar Association (HNBA) commends President Barack H. Obama for his nomination on Tuesday of Judge Adalberto José Jordán to the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. HNBA endorsed Judge Jordán having conducted due diligence and concluded that he is exceedingly qualified to join the bench of the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Judge Jordán has an impressive resume and is highly respected for his experience and integrity. The HNBA encourages the U.S. Senate to move expediently to confirm this well-deserved nomination.
